Part Time Afternoons Sales Administrator

The successful candidate will have experience in quoting and processing of orders within a fast-paced environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring bespoke product order requests are inputted accurately and arrive within SLA's. Job Title: Sales Order Administrator
Salary: Up to £35,000 FTE
Location: Bracknell, office based
Hours: Monday - Friday afternoon's until 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with suppliers to obtain tailored quotes for bespoke orders
Communicating quotes with internal sales teams and customers
Accurately processing agreed customer order specifications in a timely manner
Confirming detailed orders with agreed pricing and delivery times
Maintaining accurate records of sales orders, deliveries, and project work
Monitoring the inbox, responding to emails in a timely manner
Assisting the sales team with project administration
Skills and Experience:
Commercially driven, successfully working within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with suppliers and customers
Ability to multitask and meet agreed timelines
Strong team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
