We are seeking a dedicated Construction Management Lecturer to play a crucial role in our educational programmes. The role is full-time and Permanent, running from Monday to Friday.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver high-quality instruction to learners on the theoretical aspects of construction management.
Assess, review, and record learner progress in the workplace.
Provide personalised guidance and support as a tutor to help students achieve their best.
Actively engage in the administrative aspects of the teaching role, including planning and preparation.
Foster a positive learning environment and contribute to curriculum development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant teaching experience with levels 1 to 4 Construction Management or Similar Topic; T Level experience is highly desirable.
Level 3 Qualification in Construction or a related field.
A recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE or DET or willingness to work towards one.
