About the role:
Manage the day to day running of the office.
Meeting and greeting clients.
Working with colleagues on office events.
Answering and forwarding phone calls/ incoming enquiries.
Manage meeting room allocation, booking meeting rooms when required.
Liaising and managing external suppliers, such as catering, cleaning and stationery. Ordering replenishments and managing stock levels where needed.
Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries.
Manage H&S requirements, ensuring maintenance is up to date, (Fire Warden, first aid training, PAT testing).
Keeping the reception area and main office tidy, making sure ISO responsibilities are adhered to and office equipment is maintained by complying with procedures and regulations.
Liaise with landlord for fixture and fitting maintenance when required.
Skills Insight:
You should have prior experience in a similar facilities management environment.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience of working in professional services is advantageous.
Ability to organise, manage and proritise your work according to business needs.
Passionate about a service orientated approach to the office environment.
