The role is multifaceted and dynamic, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact to their marketing operations and overall business success. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of their marketing strategies and initiatives, and as the Marketing Co-ordination Manager, you will lead and oversee various critical aspects of the marketing operations, contributing significantly to the overall success.
Working Hours and Pay Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm with hybrid working. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ownership and management of Marketing leads and processes.
Oversee addition, assigning, and tracking of marketing leads through the pipeline.
Implement and optimise processes to ensure efficient lead management.
Ownership and management of Marketing inboxes and email enquiries.
Oversee the monitoring and management of marketing inboxes for timely responses to enquiries.
Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer inquiries effectively.
Ownership and management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) processes and portals.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise MDF utilisation.
Ownership and management of logistics and setup for events and exhibitions.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute events and exhibitions.
Manage logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, and transportation.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Marketing Co-ordinators.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
What experience do you need?
Proven experience in marketing co-ordination or a related role.
Experience with lead management and reporting.
Experience with setup, management, and running of events, webinars, and exhibitions.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI preferred.
Experience with claims processing and online portal management.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred.
