Our client, an established property developer, are seeking a Project Architect to join their team based in Farringdon. They have developed new clients within the area and are seeking a talented Project Architect with excellent design skills to join the team. Project Architect Position Overview
Liaising with clients on site & attending site meetings
Producing high-quality drawings on Vectorworks
Meeting with the council & other professionals
Working on various exciting projects in the Hospitality & Residential sectors
Work closely with clients
Design stunning projects and manage them from Inception to Stage 4
Project Architect Position Requirements
Proficiency with Vectorworks software
Good knowledge of planning applications / process
Design flare
Good client facing skills
Site experience
ARB Qualified Architect
Prior experience working on Hospitality or Residential sectors highly advantageous
Have good travel links with the Farringdon area
Highly motivated & team player
Project Architect Position Remuneration
Competitive salary (£38,000 - £45,000 DOE)
