Your Skills:
Working alongside the head chef in the heart of our restaurant you will:
Manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staffAid with menu preparation and ideas
Ensure food quality and freshness.
Inspire and encourage your team
Deliver the highest quality food
Be the maestro of multi-tasking and organisation
Have great attention to detail and be able to process and solve problems efficiently
Understand cooking methods, ingredients, equipments and procedures
The successful candidate should have Food and Beverage knowledge, strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Italian food and cooking knowledge is preferable but not essential.
The candidate will need a minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Sous Chef.

Salary: Starting FROM £45,000 a year (variable based on shifts)
