This consultancy services a diverse client base in both the private and public sectors, managing projects from initial concept through to completion and operation.
The Construction Project Manager Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be integral to the consultancy's success, managing complex projects across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to handle large-scale projects, commonly referred to as "large sheds" in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects across various stages of the development cycle, including inception, design, delivery, completion, handover, and operation.
Manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.
Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
