Person Specification
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in a high-growth company.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Solid understanding of performance management and employee development practices.
Proficient in HR software systems and MS Office suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Previous experience of working in an SME would be an advantage.
