Job Title: Account Manager
Our client is the leading provider of software solutions for associations and school management, nonprofits, and K-12 schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, results-driven Customer Account Managers to join their team!

Role :
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the company, their solutions and the markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
Attend events/conferences to maintain relationships with customers
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
This is role grants real autonomy and offers excellent scope for progression into more senior roles
Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Confident engaging with individuals of all levels of seniority
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
