Job description
As Deputy Manager, you will possess a genuine passion for people and have exceptional levels of standards and service with the ability to operate within branded guidelines, achieving KPI's and other company targets.
As Deputy Manager, working alongside the General Manager, you will be the heart and soul of the business, engaging with the local community, providing great food, fantastic drinks and exceptional guest experience, whilst being hands on, leading the team from the front line. Required Skills
Experienced Assistant Manager from similar size and style casual dining operation. Candidates from a retail/leisure background also considered.
