Part Time Bookkeeper - About The Role
In this role you will be reporting into the Managing Director and will have a support team of 2 alongside you. You will have overall responsibility for the finance function and will be required to liaise with their external accountancy firm.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Managing the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
* Preparation of monthly management accounts for management and providing insights into financial performance
* Preparation and submission of VAT returns
* Daily banking and reconciliation of all bank accounts
* Preparing weekly cashflow reports and processing weekly payment runs
