Matthew Tucker , European Contracts Director, boasts ten years of recruitment experience within Barrington James, progressing from consultant to his current position on the board. He was awarded ‘Sales Person of the Year’ in year one and has qualified for our most prestigious incentive: ‘High Rollers’ 7 out of 8 times. Matthew has developed numerous £500K+ billers, managers, directors, and award-winners in the business and is now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join his function.
The European Contracts division never fails to deliver on vacancies that require senior and niche advisors for cutting-edge pharmaceutical trials and projects. This is a particularly fast-paced and entrepreneurial function which rewards hard work with fees unseen elsewhere in the recruitment industry.
WHAT IS ON OFFER?
Increasing OTE from £45K in year one to £80K-£100K in year three

EXPECTATIONS:
12+ months in recruitment or 12+ months in proactive sales
Confidence in the ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
Target driven and self-motivated
Strong negotiation skills
Proficient mathematical capability
Eloquent phone manner
Role Responsibilities:
Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical within the pharmaceutical sector
Managing the full 360 recruitment process
Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
