Are you an Office Manager or PA Looking for an opportunity to get more involved in the People Function? Would you love to work for a scaling brand?
This role offers the opportunity to join a busy Team, reporting into the CEO (dotted line to Head of People) as Office Manager/EA as well as supporting across People Operations, Engagement and Wellbeing. You will provide executive assistance to the Senior Leadership, as well as working as being the "Culture Ambassador" focused on high employee engagement and communication. In this varied and dynamic role, you will manage administration to support the running of the Manchester based office, as well as People Operations including contracts and HRIS management.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings, global travel for C Suite Leadership and manage office events such as socials or team building activities to cultivate culture. The suited candidate will be motivated, positive, a team player and most of all, enjoy a fast paced environment where they can make their role their own - and really add value!
Responsibilities
Organize and manage workflow for the CEO and SLT members, including correspondence, reports, and follow-ups.
Manage calendars, meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and expenses.
Act as "go-to" person and "Community Manager" in the Office,, leading onboarding, organising fun socials and team building events for the team
Support People Manager with Onboarding and Recruitment activities
Managing employee information within the HRIS and ensuring all records are kept up to date
Supporting People Function with new People related projects including roll out of new performance management process
Coordinate training, development programs, and staff communications.
Leading on internal communications on People and Business updates - ensuring the business keeps to their commitment of regular and consistent communication
Prepare drafts of emails, correspondence, briefings, reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
Qualifications
Previous experience acting as EA or PA to C-Suite or Director level stakeholders
Experience within a scaling or fast growth small business
Ability to working within a fast-pace environment is a must!
Background within Office Management or Administration experience
Experience with People Operations duties such as Contracts, Payroll, onboarding, Recruitment or other.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Collaborative but also able to work autonomously
