Job role - Conveyancing Assistant

Our Wakefield based client are seeking an experienced individual to join their Conveyancing team as Conveyancing Assistant. This is a full-time role offering a salary between £22000 - £25000 per annum depending on experience.

What will you be doing?

Day to day tasks as Conveyancing Assistant will include but not be limited to - General administration and secretarial duties, filing, taking inbound calls, dealing with post, dealing with completions and exchanges, issuing contracts, using case management, and updating the system when necessary, and more.

What skills will you have?

The successful candidate will have fantastic organisational skills, be highly literate verbally and written, communicate well, prioritise workloads well, have a keen eye for detail, and already existing experience within a conveyancing team, ideally as a conveyancing assistant or legal secretary.

What is on offer?

On offer within this exciting opportunity is a salary range of £22000 - £25000 per annum depending on experience. The well reputed firm are very supportive and offer progression opportunities.
