Salary: £23,000 increasing to £23,500 plus annual bonus after probation
Location: Birmingham business park 3 days and home working 2 days
We are working on behalf of our client who is seeking an experience Administrator to join their Customer Service department, with back office administration duties as Customer Service Administrator. The focus of the role will be on responding to customer queries on phone and email, accuracy and cross checking data between systems, accurately customer contracts, quality checks, processing bookings and reporting.
The successful Administrator will have demonstrable skills in accuracy and attention to detail, to ensure they provide a comprehensive administrative service to their customers. You will be working in an existing team of 10, which is split into back office and front office support to enhance customer experience.
This is a full-time role which would involve 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Role and responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Administrator you will act as a key administrative point of contact for a variety of stakeholders and respond daily to queries by email in a prompt and professional manner
Accurately process customer orders in an efficient manner
Collate data and present in a variety reports to submit to customers
Produce detailed quotes for customers as requested
Cross check customer contracts to ensure accuracy and all records are maintained
Quality and compliance check data in the internal database system
Daily use of a variety of database systems and web portals
Achieve daily SLA response times and complete allocated work set
Responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer experience
General administration duties as required to support the wider Customer Service team
Skills and experience required:
Proven work history in a administration role is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential
Ability to pick up new processes and database systems
Attention to detail to produce accurate reports
Comfortable working to customer SLA’s on a daily basis
Positive, organised and approachable personality
