14 month Fixed Term Contract

Would you like to be part of a supportive and collaborative team?
As a Customer Onboarding Coordinator (which internally is known as a Registrations and Customer Insight Coordinator), you will help new UAS centres get started, ensuring a seamless registration process and gathering valuable insights to support growth and engagement. Working within the Customer Success Team, you will contribute to the acquisition and retention of customers, identify opportunities for expansion, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.

- Experience in customer registration, administration or customer service.
- Strong IT proficiency (e.g., CRM systems and Microsoft Office).
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
