Sales Advisor / Harleston, Norfolk / £24,000 - £26,000 per annum / Full time / Permanent
Our client based in Harleston are looking for a driven individual to join their sales team.
Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Friday’s.
Salary range of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum plus quarterly bonuses based on company performance.
Duties include:
Make outbound business to business telephone calls to generate new business sales and gain new customers.
Manage existing customer accounts by maintaining regular communication, up selling additional products and providing a high level of customer service.
Working closely with external account managers to develop effective strategies for sales growth.
Carrying out administration and reporting tasks.
Working towards hitting and exceeding targets.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through outbound calling.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. The idea candidate will have:
Strong communicator with a professional attitude and ability to overcome obstacles.
Previous sales and customer service experience desirable but not essential.
Keen attitude to succeed with a high level of enthusiasm to learn and develop within the job role.
A team player who can work independently and use own initiative.
Reliable, punctual and tenacious.
Happy to work in a busy and dynamic environment.
Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel. Benefits:
