We are seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects, overseeing cost management, procurement, and contractual matters. Responsibilities:
Conducting cost estimation, budget preparation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Procuring materials, services, and subcontractors in accordance with project requirements.
Managing contractual and commercial aspects, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining quality standards.
Providing accurate and timely reports on project finances and progress to stakeholders.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to refurbishment or build projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with the capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific QS software
