Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Remote with fortnightly office days in Manchester / Wilmslow

As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Chartered Building Surveyor or a nearly Chartered Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Salary- Between £35,000 and £50,000 dependent on experience
Job Description:
Experienced Building Surveyor to conduct comprehensive residential and mainly commercial property surveys. The successful candidate will be involved in delivering detailed home buyer reports (Level 2 & 3) and handling various aspects of commercial surveying including pre-acquisition surveys and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed residential surveys and produce comprehensive home buyer reports (Level 2 & 3).
- Working with Commercial clients on Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, and PPMs
- Administer contracts and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with other surveyors, contractors, and clients to ensure high standards of project execution and deadlines are met.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
- Support the growth of the business by providing customers with outstanding services and give input into the wider business development strategy.
Essential Requirements:
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or near completion.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial surveying.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
