Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the CSM
Producing relevant letters and documents
Updating the CSM
Issuing contracts on sale files
Assisting in dealing with replies to enquiries
Ordering searches
Dealing with exchanges and related paperwork
Setting up completions
Issuing mortgage reports to clients
Dealing with incoming
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post and archiving
General administration duties
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience in conveyancing - sales and purchase
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to assist with a caseload and work under pressure
Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
