Description
The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:
Efficiently manage accounts payable transactions.
Matching, batching, and coding high volumes of purchase invoices
Statement reconciliations
Preparing payment runs
Query resolution
Managing petty cash
Processing expenses
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
A proven track record within a similar role
AAT L2 or above (desirable)
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve invoice queries.
A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
