We are looking for a diligent Internal Sales Administrator to assist our client based in Wednesbury. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a knack for continuous improvement, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Day to Day of the Role:

Support the Commercial Manager in obtaining and prompting enquiries from existing customers.

Respond to all customer enquiries professionally and within agreed timescales.

Administer customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely placement within the correct mill program to meet delivery requirements.

Manage stock levels within agreed limits, regularly reviewing customer credit limits and order books.

Continually improve the standard of service provided to every customer, taking ownership of customer complaints to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
