Key elements of y our role as Restaurant Manager :
To provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards , leading by example.
To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business .
To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards , giving regular feedback and appraisals
To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively .
To analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate back to your team , finding ways to improve and learn .
About you :
You have 3 years + experience in this position
You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
You love to wow guests with exceptional service , and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
You have excellent English language skill s
