Job Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant at AppTainable, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to building relationships with clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, identify, and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional service.
Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with both clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Take the lead in business development efforts, including identifying new client opportunities and participating in client meetings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
