Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? GRG are partnering exclusively with a Birmingham based, medium sized organisation who is seeking an EA to CEO to join their team and provide high-level support to the CEO in a highly confidential environment.This company is a leader in their industry and is committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients. They are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can assistant additional Directors when needed.

This full-time, permanent position is based in Birmingham offices, working flexibly to adjust when CEO is in office (3-4 days per week).

Responsibilities Included:

- Manage the CEO's diary and schedule appointments- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including drafting correspondence, reports and presentations- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritising incoming calls and emails- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation- Manage confidential information and documents, ensuring they are handled with discretion and sensitivitySkills and Attributes:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Discretion and confidentiality are essentialTo be considered for this role, you will need to display experience working with C-Suite level Board directors in a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant position.
