Key Responsibilities:
Within this post, you will be:
Providing reception and telephony services
Operating various equipment and ICT packages
Assisting with deliveries, mail, and parent communication
Performing photocopying, laminating, and binding tasks
Maintaining records and stock of resources
Providing general advice and guidance
Undertaking first aid training and acting as a designated First Aider
Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Compliance with reasonable requests from managers/Headteacher is expected.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have previous experience of an admin/clerical role, preferably working within a school or customer service environment.
You will also meet the following:
GCSEs at Grade C or above in Maths and English
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Proficient Internet skills
Advanced English fluency
Previous clerical/admin experience
First Aid Qualification or readiness to obtain one
Active engagement in College's Catholic life
Effective telephone communication
Commitment to policies and procedures
Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, emotional intelligence, and integrity
Clear background check and UK work eligibility
Availability for flexible hours

St Bede’s and St Joseph’s Catholic College is a two-site College - role holder should be aware that you may be asked to work on either site.
