An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Mid Kent. They specialise in providing IT Solutions and support to help their clients optimse their technology infrastructure.

My client is looking for a skilled administrator to join them and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working in a busy and varied administrative position, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

Duties Include:

Diary management and scheduling meetings

Providing an efficient, warm and approachable point of contact for visitors and internal staff

Preparing reports and dealing with documentation

Organising deliveries

Assisting with sales quotations and social media advertising

Liaising with clients on a daily basis

The successful candidate must have/be:

Proficient in MS Office

An excellent communicator

A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an office administrative role

Meticulous attention to detail

Good time management skills

A positive proactive attitude
