1. Distribute accurate data to the best placed operative to meet purpose2. Ensure accurate information is received from operatives (including sub-contractors) regardingrequirement for additional trades / materials following repairs diagnosis3. Ensure accurate information is received from operatives upon job completion4. Ensure you meet expected performance requirements for taking incoming phone calls5. Ensure all of the above is placed on the IT system and the IT system remains fit for purpose6. Ensure all operatives are aware of any ‘system or Health and Safety flags’ and relevant AsbestosInformation prior to accessing a property7. Build ongoing relationships with team members, operatives to create a positive workingenvironment8. Act as a positive role model and be approachable to other team members9. Take responsibility for you own personal development by identifying and addressing your owntraining needs10. Implement and support any new practices which ensure the purpose of the service is met11. Demonstrate adaptability in meeting specific customer needs12. Act on any failure and waste within the system in accordance with the principles of work and feedthis into any continual overall service improvement exercise13. Demonstrate a positive attitude to Health and Safety and follow the right procedures and practicesin place from the start14.
