Duties & Responsibilities
Sending out regular email reminders.
Sending out statements.
Sending copy invoice request.
Making telephone calls to chase overdue invoices.
Sending weekly debtors lists
Reconciliations
Billing
Raising sales invoices
General admin tasks such as first point of contact for answering the phone
Having a good telephone number and willingness to pick up the phone and call instead of email, to chase overdue debts is key to this role.
