Your role will be to take day to day responsibility for the technical support queries which surround our client’s product portfolio from internal and external customers.
Ensuring that customer queries/problems/issues of a technical nature are fully resolved and the outcome is communicated and logged.
To work as part of the operations team in a multifunctional role supporting the equipment checking, despatch and returns process.
Working Monday to Friday hours 37.5 a week office hours. After training this role will have the ability to be hybrid with a mix of office and home working.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide prompt first-line technical support to customers via email, ticketing system, and phone calls.
Assist customers resolving technical issues with equipment.
Offer continuous support and guidance to the UK Sales and Operations team to meet customer expectations.
Participate in the Company’s ‘Out of Hours’ rota to address urgent technical queries (including weekends).
Support customers during global sporting events, i.e. Football World Cup’s and Olympics events.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through various channels such as the intranet and equipment manuals.
