We sell across a number of sales channels, both 1st and 3rd party eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale and Marketplaces globally, with the UK, USA and EU being key markets for us to grow awareness and market share.
Our London office houses the majority of our commercial / demand creation functions going forwards, our Innsbruck HQ to manage the majority of our back office / IT / administration.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re currently recruiting the Head of Social Media role for the London Office to be responsible for Women’s Best vision and marketing strategy on social media – all platforms, channels and regions. The goal is to scale the company awareness and strengthen the Women’s Best community to feel connected and valued. You’ll lead an international team and work crossdepartmental with the London and Innsbruck team, being responsible for developing and executing organic social marketing strategies across brand, ambassadors/ athletes, product, live events and partnerships.
YOUR TASKS
You are an expert with an extensive working knowledge across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok and emerging platforms.
Own all aspects of and develop/execute the social strategy against the brand, sponsorship, product, and business/editorial calendar along with publishing across the social platforms/channels.
Staying aware of content trends and audience preferences, keep notice of social media best practices, trends, tools, technologies and techniques to create and flawlessly execute Women‘s Best social media vision and growth strategy across all social platforms and channels.
Define and monitor KPIs of the platforms and channels, working closely with the global team to ensure the up-to-date information of our channels with insights.
Developing content ideas, creating content by briefing Arts&Creative, Graphics, Copy-Teams, ensuring content follows vision and mission.
Build an organic social discipline, creating a long-term and cost-effective solution to building brand awareness, driving new customer growth and ongoing loyalty and engagement. Making Women’s Best community more connected/engaged to the brand through engaging content.
Work closely with the brand, sponsorship, influencer, creative and content teams to develop unique social-first content that will improve the brand reach, extending Women’s Best to new customers. When working crossdepartmental be the brand voice across organic social media making it consistent and reflecting the brand positioning and serves both brand needs and audience needs.
Work closely with the influencer marketing and social media team to ensure the content is utilized and the comprehensive content strategy is executed and aligned with the platforms and channels.
Connect with Product, Commercial, CX, Sponsorship teams to ensure that all work is grounded in community understanding, data and insights and structured to deliver reliable data-driven results.
Own measurement plan to ensure the content strategy is evaluated correctly and demonstrates business and brand value.
Analyse cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content. Build exposure to further the reach and fame of our content.
Create reporting and insights on performance, successes, key learnings to stakeholders and executive level leadership.
YOUR PROFILE
7+ years experience , 5+ years of must-have experience with social/digital marketing, content marketing and managing a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience and demonstrated success in high growth retail/ ecommerce - you thrive in an entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the target group.
Demonstrated creativity, with effective communication skills to bring big ideas to a broad community.
Experience with multi-channel communications planning, using data to identify insights and build strategies for social content.
Excellent project management skills, Monday preferred.
Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
