Domestic Electrician required to work with leading midlands-based Housing Association on a permanent contract covering Coventry & Nuneaton locations on void social housing properties.
My client is looking for an experienced and professional domestic electrician to carry out day to day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installations and compliance work including EICR's electrical testing and inspecting on empty void domestic social housing properties.
Specific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
* To execute works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders.
* Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable.
* Participate as an electrician in the delivery of an effective out of hours' emergency repair service on a rota system
* Ensure all KPI's are met including productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept. This list is not exhaustive.
Salary Pay Range: Up to £40,420 based on £38,520 per annum with average OTE earnings of up to £1,900 from out of hours on call and voluntary overtime.
Benefits: 28 days holiday + bank holidays, 8% pension contributions, Company Van, Tools, Fuel card, excellent training and development offered.
