Job Description
* Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects
* Collaborate with the project team to develop cost-effective solutions
* Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities
* Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
* Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes and negotiate pricing
Key Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
* Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
