First and foremost, you're a good human being. You're a DRIVER, reporting into the Packaging Team Leader and working within the packaging department you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively running machinery within our packaging department. The main focus within the department will be to ensure our products are produced safely with a strong focus on quality and productivity.
With solid qualifications in Maths and English, you will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with a desire to continue your learning.
This role will be expected to complete shift work between 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm between Monday- Friday.
KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
An ability to learn about manufacturing packaging lines and practices.
Support shift activities with guidance from the Packaging Team Leader.
Problem solving skills – A knowledge of packaging lines and ability to resolve issues when they occur.
Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
A good level of physical fitness.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Experience within a similar fast-paced warehousing and/ or production environment is desirable.
Excellent timekeeping skills.
Adaptability and a capability to ‘make things happen’.
