They are seeking an inspirational SENCO to join their team at their brand-new school in Sutton.
Our client's specialist independent schools offer unrivalled opportunities and secure sound educational outcomes with personalized, inclusive, and stimulating learning programs. They provide education and support to children and young people with complex special educational needs (SEN) and require their SEN provision to be delivered in a specialist setting.

The Successful Applicants Will Need:
• SENCO Qualification or be close to completing
• Must have QTS
• Experience working as a SENDCo
About You:
• Passion for ensuring all young people succeed
• Experience working effectively with local authorities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, committed, and successful staff team
• High aspirations for yourself and others, with a commitment to further development
• Robust understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
• Understanding of SEMH education and how to support the additional needs associated with SEMH pupils
