About You
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.

THE ROLE
Whatever is the opposite of a cold call, that's what we do.
You will be engaging with our members providing exceptional service and support, receiving inquiries and exploring additional requirements. The role requires giving our customer needs based assessments to advise on the best possible alarm solution, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up lead calls. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
On a day to day basis you will be:
Managing and converting lead generated inbound and outbound calls.
Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalised sales solutions.
Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.
Up-selling additional products and services.
Existing customer engagement and service management.
Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello values.
Actively looking at new ways to improve customer journey.
