Operations Administration Assistant

Basildon, Essex

£ 26000 - 28000/annum

Stafforce have an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant forward thinking and growing company on a permanent basis. Our client is a furniture distribution company based on Burnt Mills Industrial Estate in Basildon Essex. The company supplies furniture to the health industry and also restaurant's and business nationally. This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who is looking for a career and is keen to grow and develop with the business.

The Role:

The role involves in house admin including booking in deliveries with clients and also chasing up customer orders with supplies to ensure the customer has a seamless process from start to finish. The working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with an hours lunch-break. From time to time hours may vary slightly but this is quite unusual.

Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service Skills

An ability to learn and adapt growing and progressing with the business.

Proficient in both Excel & Word and good all round understanding of IT Systems with the eagerness to learn company systems and processes.

Admin Operations experience is preferred along with a professional can do attitude at all times.

The ability to be pro-active as well as reactive to the needs of the client & the business.

A full UK Driving Licence with your own transport is preferred due to the location.Remuneration & Benefits:

A salary of between 26K to 28K PA depending on experience.

20 days of Annual Leave plus all Bank Holidays.

Company Annual Shutdown over Christmas period.

On site parking.
