CloudCo Solutions are currently working on an exciting contract opportunity with one of our Global customer, who are looking to recruit a Salesforce Business Analyst with specific Service Cloud experience.
The successful candidate will be based in the North East and be able to work in their office in Newcastle once or twice a week. You will have been working in a Business Analyst role within the Salesforce ecosystem previously, and will ideally hold some Salesforce certifications, including BA amongst others.
As the Salesforce BA , you will be responsible for the following:
Requirements gathering including workshops and focus groups.
Creating user-stories
Process mapping
Creating documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Stakeholder communication is essential
User-Acceptance testing
The successful candidate will have been involved in a contact centre transformation, or previously worked in a contact centre environment.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any sponsorship and candidates must be based in the UK and be able to travel to the North East weekly. All candidates must hold full eligibility to work in the UK.
