Management of operations through accurate definition & adherence to KPIs Operational liaison with distribution partners monitoring performance and improving service Continuous improvement development& implementation of site processes to include but not limited to Dispatch and Goods Receiving Non-warranty returns (picking/packing issues)/Lost Time Reduction Management of customer feedback & reviews Site management through Health/Safety & compliance, facilities & environmental ERP & WMS Lead (operational deployment)
