PMO Manager | 12+ Months Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid | Circa £60k
We are currently supporting one of our long-standing Rail Provider clients to find them an experience PMO Manager to support a large culture change programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a pillar of delivery excellence within a new programme poised to take the business to new heights.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting business change programmes, with perhaps previous experience in a Business Analyst type position. They need someone with great stakeholder management skills, who is able to support the People Programme Change Manager to delivery the programme effectively.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring effective project plans are in place, regularly updating
Managing risks and mitigation plans
Reporting project status to the Change Manager
Monitoring project leads to ensure delivery will be met
What you will bring;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading a critical PMO
Experience in larger organisations with head office and 'ground crew' workforces
Outstanding comms and stakeholder management skills
Empathy and emotional intelligence required to handle people change projects

Crica £60k pa. + benefits
Hybrid - Minimum 2 days/week in the office
Office located in Central London
Initial 12 months, with large potential for extension
