Day to Day of the role:
Obtain provider information and collate client-specific illustrations to assist advisers with their recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
Run Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics and process new business following adviser handover.
Ensure all compliance documents are on file prior to submission and submit to providers directly or electronically via platforms.
Add plans and activities for tracking to completion, keeping the client advised of progress throughout the process.
Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports, including charges schedules, in line with adviser recommendations.
Prepare valuation reports, supporting performance documentation for client review appointments, and review checklists.
