Customer Success Executive - SaaS - Hybrid (Belfast)

My client is a homegrown Northern Irish success story, operating as a market leader within the world of price comparison technology and software. They are looking for a motivated individual with a background in account management or customer success to join their highly successful and talented team in the Belfast office.

As part of the Customer Success team, you'll own existing accounts, bring on new partners/customers, and foster long-term partnerships. The role provides significant opportunities to build on current customer relationships to grow existing accounts and great career progression opportunities to take on larger accounts and more responsibility.

What's in it for you:

Manage multiple customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and solutions.

Negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new product lines and ongoing accounts.

Attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions (primarily in the UK).
