Business Travel Consultant - home based Required for this expanding Global Business Travel Company. This role will be working on a shift pattern which includes 4 days on (8am-8pm) 4 days off 2 days on (8am-8pm) and 2 nights on 8pm-8am) and 4 days off on a rolling rota. This role offers a basic salary of 33k plus a bonus up to £39k, along with a great benefits package including discounted travel and the ability to buy extra days holiday . Suitable candidates will have experience either working in Business Travel or within Tailor Made /Airline Reservations with excellent gds experience using Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre . This is a fully homebased role , however the training may require up to 2 weeks office-based training all arrangements are covered by the client . Business Travel Consultants - homebased duties -Manage a dedicated corporate accounts, booking travel Worldwide including flights, hotels, and transfers-Offer first class customer service at all times.-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using a GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre)-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.-Work closely internal and external clients to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs. Business Travel Consultants - Mixed shifts homebased skills required -Business Travel experience or experience working within tailor made , tour operations or airline reservations with experience using either Galileo, Amadeus, or sabre (this is essential)-Able to work the shift pattern of 4 days on (8am-8pm) 4 days off 2 days on (8am-8pm) 2 nights 8pm-8am ) 4 days off with a rolling shift pattern -Excellent customer service experience and confident supporting clients with varied travel needsIf you are interested in the above role, please apply online or send your cv to
