Sales Administrator
Location: Armley, Leeds, LS12
Position: Office-Based, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday
£25,000 - £28,000 Per annum depending on experience
We are a leading firm in our industry supplying security solutions and are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside our fantastic team to provide excellent service to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering & logging sales related calls
Noting down messages from customers on our CRM system
Handling customer payments
Dealing with stock queries
Keeping customers updated
Speaking with logistics firms ensuring timely delivery of supplies
Resolving customer queries
Completing relevant sales paperwork and filling correctly
Dealing with some accountancy based tasks as required
Other admin related tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Sage software experience is ideal but not preferable.
