Achievable earnings of £58,000Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to step out of a corporate showroom for a field based Sales Development Manager role? Have you got contacts and connections within the motor trade?
I am working with a client who is looking for an experienced Motor Trade professional who has a demonstrable background in sales or as a development manager within the motor trade who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to progress into a field based Sales Development Manager.
What is needed as a Sales Development Manager:
Previous experience of sales or similar within the Motor Trade.
Experienced in dealing with warranty products and service plans.
A good understanding of client and relationship building.
Able to develop, grow and drive the business and revenue forward.
Can create and implement a strategy of continuous growth across dealer networks.
Able to translate the clients “Trusted Partner” vision into all new clients.
Can confidently present and deliver the clients products range to new customers.
Experienced with meeting KPI’s and targets.
Able to manage both client and stakeholder expectations based on business need and organisational priorities.
Have good organisational and management skills
