Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor you will help customers find their dream home by providing excellent customer service throughout the sale process.
Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge including amenities, schools, transport links and understand the competition.
Have a thorough understanding of our products and pricing.
Be able to effectively follow up enquiries and be able to convert to site visits.
Be able to qualify customers, establishing their moving position and timescales, their needs and financial situation.
