The primary key responsibility will be to support the Developments / Capital Programme ensuring funding drawdowns and WIP is accounted for correctly, and the postholder will be responsible for the associated balance sheet reconciliations / Capital budgets. This highly commercial role requires extensive use of Excel and Sage to enable interrogation of data and performing adjustments as required and will also be responsible for project / ad-hoc related Management Accounts tasks, partnering with the wider business as required.
