Buying Administrator

Recruit4Staff are pleased to be working alongside their prestigious client in their search for a Buying Administrator to work in their leading facility in West Bromwich . For the successful Buying Administrator we are offering:
Pay rate of up to £13 per hour
Days based role 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Temp - Perm position
Friendly working environment
20 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role - Buying Administrator:
Managing approved supply base, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials
Placing materials orders with the approved suppliers
Providing clear supply chain communication both internally & externally
Managing raw material inventory
Identifying issues with any paperwork
What we are looking for in a Buying Administrator:
Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
Strong Admin skills are essential
IT Literate
Good numerical skills
Experience working within a busy & varied Administration role within a Manufacturing/Production environment
