Architect Job in Central Manchester
Architect Job in central Manchester joining a medium-sized practice of around 20 working primarily on large-scale multi-unit residential projects primarily across the northwest. My client is now looking for a capable architect who will play a pivotal role in the concept to delivery stages of their project. The practice itself offers opportunities for progression with one of their architects being promoted to an associate within 3 years of employment!
Role & Responsibilities
Develop detailed architectural designs and plan
Working on projects from client brief to completion on-site
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of projects
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Utilize Revit, AutoCAD
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion
Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
Membership with the ARB is essential.What you get back
