The role of the Education Resourcing & Compliance Consultant is an integral part of our business. You will be responsible for ultimately safeguarding children in nurseries and schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Your key responsibilities will be Candidate Resourcing; Candidate attraction through various job boards, placing and responding to adverts, referrals and generating new ways to source candidates. This leads to Candidate Compliance; Candidate registrations online and face to face, clearing of candidates ready to be placed into schools and Customer Service for candidates (and Clients where necessary) whilst keeping up to date with relevant legislation such as KCSIE, DFe, APSCO. Weekly and daily monitoring of the live data base is essential in order to ensure candidate checks are always up to date. This is a fast paced and rewarding role where you will learn the fundamentals of working in Education Recruitment. What’s more, we are delighted to announce that following a strict vetting process Supply Heroes are members of APSCo, The Association of Professional Staffing Companies.
